Our purchase buttons suddenly stopped adding shipping costs to our orders. Our shipping rates are set up under Account Settings > Shipping > Shipping Calulations. I read "To enable your shipping calculations, you must click Use settings saved in your PayPal profile within each button you have created." but I'm not seeing this box? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
