I am using a PayPal Standard Payment plugin for Hikashop cart.
I am not using PayPal buttons, as the buttons are automatically generated by my cart.
Is there a way to set PayPal standard to "Checkout As Guest" as deafult?

Payments Standard is cookie based, so if the system seems that anybody has signed in from that browswer in the past it's going to assume they would be signing in again, and it doesn't make the guest checkout option very prominent.
If you want to force Guest Checkout you can do that with Express Checkout, but you would need to find a plugin for Hikashop that supports that.
