Hi,
I am facing issues in sending invoice to customer after successful creation of an invoice in PayPal.
The status of invoice changes to Unpaid(Sent), but the customer doesn't get an email.
What could be wrong here??

First, the obvious. Have you ensured the invoice isn't going to the customer's spam? Have you tested sending an invoice to one of your own emails so you can see if you receive it as expected?
