Sellers account disabled on Ebay

Hi.

I'm trying to cancel a payment due to go out of my paypal account in 3 days.

I purchased an item on ebay but the sellers account has been disabled due to suspicious activity.

How can I stop the payment going through as I have not received the item which is past due?
