Screen Goes Blank and Says "Internal Error"

Every time I click link bank account and I choose my bank, the screen goes blank and when I refresh it it says "Internal Error". I have tried to use a different browser; same problem. I have messaged three agents and one of them fixed it temporarily somehow, but now it's not working again and they won't return my messages. The customer service number is also down right now. And it is pivotal that I link my bank account because that's what I need to do to get verified and send out my packages. Please please please help me this is ridiculous!
