Sandbox is working but going live is not working with my business account

I have done with my sandbox testing. Its working fine for me. But when I tried to go live with my business account

Seeing below error on the screen.

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

But when I tried with any other junk email as PAYPAL_ID other than with my business account I am not seeing any error.

Can you please help me understand what is the issue with my business account.
