Sandbox confirmation e-mail not received

Hi,

i am trying to set up paypal payment for WP Gravity Forms.
I can connect to the Sandbox account but i dont receive the confirmation E-Mail - not in the Sandbox accounts notifications or in my regular email account. Its not in spam folder.

Can you please help me with this issue?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
