We are creating HTML payment buttons on the fly in DOTNET. According to PayPal's documentation HERE, we can do that using ButtonEncryptionLib.dll. There is no link to the DLL file mentioned. There is no link to an SDK that contains the DLL either. The SDK containing this cannot be found. Also, more documentation at PayPal HERE says, "And we provide a Website Payments Standard toolkit to help you encrypt buttons." However, the encrypt buttons link does not work on the PayPal website either.
Is anyone familiar with the correct SDK or DLL file to be used to dynamically encrypt payment buttons and can provide a link to the file?
