Why am i having to payvreturnnpostage to china on faulty goods that are counterfeit?

same issue here. Ordered item that cost $29.97 received a item that cost $3 and wasn't correct now they want me to spend £16.99 to send item back. Disgusting. Not even a option to show them item to help my case.

Its shocking I bought 'supposedly' a dyson hairdryer. £80 plus postage.. Its not dyson not uk plug or voltage, my daughter plugged it into a 2 pin toothbrush charger,unaware voltage was wrong,and it blew up,fusing all my lights ,could have went on fire, now I've to pay return postage to china,before can get refund,I bought it from 'supposedly' uk address..its on my package,yet paypal take there side..I dont get it!!!
