Hi,
We have PayPal integration in our website for the last few years. From last week onwards(20th Jan Precisely), ReturnUrl is not getting called after the customer successfully pays.
Anyone has encountered this problem. This is consistent issue.
Regards

Also have exactly the same issue.
But I have some rather important details to add:
- I noticed that this problem seems to be isolated to Chrome DESKTOP.
- This problem does NOT happen with Chrome MOBILE (in fact, if you open up Dev tools in Chrome DESKTOP and switch to Mobile mode, it works fine!)
- This problem does NOT happen in Firefox, Safari.. haven't tried IE because I'm on a Mac.
- Also noticed a huge increase in "fake" cancellation requests starting from Jan 20th and onwards.
- When looking at the network traffic, I see that as soon as the Paypal web portal opens, a mysterious call to the Paypal Cancel URL is made - this is something that does not happen in Chrome Mobile or the other browsers.
- This problem does NOT happen on the Paypal Sandbox site.

We're having the same issue, mostly affecting Safari users, and also starting after January 20th.
