Hi, we are a seller on ebay. Our country is under lock down to fight against Corona vid19. Although our store is at vacation mode on ebay yet some buyer order for product and when we inform/remind current situation they claim refund after cancellation. Since the turnover on paypal is negligible so we can not refund the amount. Is there any method to add money in our account and refund to buyer.
