I accidentally sent the wrong amount of money to a friend, and getting him to send it back is impossible. Can I just issue a chargeback or a refund. I would like my money back.
You can try opening a dispute to request a refund - not sure if the system will accept it but, worth a try. Assuming you used the Send Money feature and choose the "Friends and Family" option and the funds were accepted, there's no seller protection and because this was not an unauthorized transaction, your dispute attempt may get turned down.
