Reference Transaction (Tokenization)

Hey. I'm using WordPress - WooCommerce (something called Subscriptions) and they have a feature where they store the payment method for automatic renewals, aka billing agreement. You insert your payment method ONCE and then you don't need to worry about it. This is the percent customer experience I want to achieve.

This is called Reference Transaction (Tokenization), and it is said I need to contact PayPal about this. Problem is: 
"I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment."

There is NO email for me to contact them and I will definitely try and call them but at the moment there's little to no documentation about this topic and it's super frustrating.

If any support agent sees this, please contact me about this.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/il/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
