Redirecting to Paypal payments from our ERP software throws error , Need assistance for account

Hi Team , 

Our ERP software Microsoft Dynamics Business Central have inbuilt Payment Links to Paypal feature , where we can generate paypal links on customer invoices and receive the payments via PayPal.

When i click on this link of paypal payments i received error below on paypal website -

I need support and help from Paypal Technical Team to assist me with my paypal account and help me configuring it what is missing or issue with my paypal account and why i cannot complete the payment ?
