Hello, i'm trying to get a refund from a seller which is a scammer! So he sells his stuff trough discord, you send him money, you get the item trough the post machine like "DPD" or whatever you have i your country. I don't have time to type the all story, but i have proofs about it and i need to get a refund!!
Open a dispute in the Resolution Center for item not received. If you don’t see the item not received option, then you probably paid with friends and family option and unfortunately PayPal buyer protection does not apply to friends and family payments.
