1. How do I start viewing advertisements to earn money using my account?

2. Is it possible to use Western Union to receive my money in Ethiopia?

You can't receive paypal payments in your country, only send them.

Western union is a completely different company so if you are going to use them it has nothing to do with your paypal account.
