Problem with notifications on site when user paid ...

Hello,

We use PayPal as the main payment gateway on our WP(+ WooCommerce) site https://anagibb.co.uk/

We noted the strange thing that last orders do not get confirmation about payment. We can see the transaction is success on PayPal but it fails from the site side http://prntscr.com/nd642e

If we check the WC error logs we see the following

If we use sandbox then response is ok

                    [success] => 1
                    [redirects] => 0
                    [url] => https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Could you, please, help us and explain what could be the reason of the 403 error from your server?
