When I try to access my account this pops up "There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access." I cannot move forward. When I am buying on line the money is NOT coming out of my paypal account and not sure why maybe because of this problem. Anythoughts? Is there a phone number to call and talk live with anyone?? Thanks
