Platform fees for sandbox partner account not received problem

Hello, i have made couple of sandbox transactions and the money is received by the merchant but the platform fees are not received by the platform partner. The accounts and the application are for germany. The transactions are paypal (Guthaben, Visa and Debit card), sepa transfer and also klarna transfer. What could be the reason?

As we can see the fee is already calculated by the merchant, unfortunately not available by the partner.
