PaypalPlus Zahlungsarten werden im Sandbox und im Live-Modus nicht angezeigt

We are using Paypal Plus PlugIn für Magento 1.9

When we offer a Discount and the shopping cart value is under 5 EUR there are no Paypal payment methods provided in the checkout?

Why?

Hello,

The PayPal Plus plugin for Magento wasn't coded/created by PayPal.

My recommendation would be to reach out to the developer of the plugin to seek support.
