Since February 27 till now I didn't get my money back from PayPal for the transaction that has been canceled from Ebay the same day PayPal debited the amount of 1430$ And till now they won't refund me back I message them more then ten times with no response also my case was closed an my favor and I didn't get a notice by email how could I resolve this stressful situation with this pandemic and I can't call him
