Hello Paypal
I need your help please.
Someone breach my PayPal account and use it for making unauthorized transactions.
PayPal refuse to refund me claiming that those transactions are consistent with my payment history.
I strongly reject their conclusion as my payment history has nothing to do with those unauthorized transactions that were not made by myself.
What should i do tried to contact them many times
this is not fair at all , i am using Paypal because i trust its security but now i don't

Hi @eyadup,
Thank you for contacting PayPal community.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to issue/release the refund.
I request to please check with PayPal Customer Service via this link (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone). They will be able to assist and provide more details on this topic.
Sincerely,
Chiranjeevi
