Paypal not integrating with Shopify

Hello, when i am trying to activate paypal express checkout in shopify , it redirects to my Paypal dashboard after login instead of asking permissions to connect. Please help

I am also facing the same issue but there is no support from PayPal team. i would say worst support when it comes to seller instead of Buyer.
