We have set up a PayPal recurring payment for a membership site and have configured PayPal to charge GST from Canadians. I noticed that the subscribers are not charged sales tax. I saw an article from 10 years ago saying PayPal recurring payment does not support adding tax, but it is written on PayPal Development centre that you can charge tax on recurring payment.
Any clue if it is the plugin or the PayPal that has a bug?
