This is a technical question.. Regarding the express checkout cart using paypal add to cart buttons. Once I set the handling variable in the button and click add to cart , its adds the handling fee. How do i remove the handling fee using buttons if the user decides differently after. T he handling fee can vary depending on a buyer decision if a buyer will pick up himself
