We are using PayPal standard in our open cart site. Recently we have been experiencing an issue with PayPal payments. The Paypal site is notifying our website when the customer finishes the payment. In the callback function, we request confirmation from Paypal, but the website not getting responses for the callback request.
What will be the reason for the issue and how it can be solved?
