We have an existing Paypal button set up on our non-profit's website and both me and the developers are having trouble going live after testing the sandbox account. The link in the website takes us to a sandbox only URL so we cannot log in to personal Paypal accounts to start accepting donations. Any tips?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Paypal express checkout, payment they error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." in PayPal Payments Standard
