I have setup a simple PayPal button on my site, for some reason though anyone trying to use it outside the Uk (Norway and Brazil so far) state that their card payments are always declined and thus cannot make a payment. Is there anything that needs doing to allow the PayPal button to be used outside the UK? I thought this was all handled by default
