Can anyone help?
Using Woocommerce with paypal for online shop.
Transaction goes through perfectly, shows as completed, customer pays fine, BUT the stock doesn't reduce.
Been on tech support for 8 days now and they say it isn't paypal.
Took paypal off, installed stripe - it worked and reduced stock
Did pay by cash -it worked and reduced stock
Pay by voucher -it worked and reduced stock
Paid by Cheque - it worked and reduced stock
Put paypal back on - doesn't work - doesn't reduce stock!!!!.
Paypal sent over the IPN Log and said - there you go that shows it works, but it doesn't.
Anyone have any ideas? We are on day 8 of trying to solve this with no luck from support.
Clearly isolated to paypal, google shows loads of the same issues, just need to find a solution quickly.
Woocommerce logs all working and correct,
