Paypal(Sandbox) Displaying an idle page

When we click on Paypal button(Sandbox) it redirect to idle page, please refer screenshot , http://prntscr.com/gf9qvt .

Previously it was working fine.

Please let us know if there is any issue in paypal sandbox .
