At present, I am paying to my vendors by logging in to my account on the vendor website and making the payment with express checkout. My payment is getting added to my balance with the vendor instantly. Is there a way I can make a payout using express checkout with API. I have my website, billing system, Paypal business account, Masspay enabled. I would like to make a payment, using payout API and express checkout, to a vendor whenever the balance of the vendor reaches a minimum threshold, say USD 100, as per my billing system. My payment needs to be added to the balance of my account with the vendor and in his billing system, as it is adding instantly when I make the payment manually by logging in to my account on the vendor's website.
