Paypal Guest checkout needed people need to create paypal account ?

Hi , there is paypal button in our shop . People when the click paypal button then they are going to paypal checkout . That is fine . But people need to checkout without a payapal account . They just need to enter credit card details and they have to pay . But for some reason for us it is not working . Please see the screen shot 

How can we avoid this . 

Also what ebout paypal express checkout . It is currently working or depreciated ? . Please let us know
