Paypal For Marketplaces and Platform | Subscription platform fee available?

I've searched everywhere but I can't find an answer for this issue: Does PayPal allow the partner to take a fee ( partner_fee ) on each merchant subscription?

I saw on their documentation that partner_fee is only possible on the /v2/checkout/orders endpoint, can someone help me? Seems really strange that I can take a commission only on order and not subscriptions

Please help regarding platform_fee in subscription based payment method how can we take out platform_fee out from subscription.

I implemented platform_fees for orders and it doesn't work either. No responses from PayPal to our partner form too
