PayPal express button missing for Dynamic Image button.
URL should be:
https://fpdbs.paypal.com/dynamicimageweb?cmd=_dynamic-image
But the fpdbs server is giving this error:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to fpdbs.paypal.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Is the server down or no longer being used?
