Paypal Express Checkout Not working on my Website

Hello, I enabled Paypal Express Checkout on my website but I have encountered a serious issue. When I checkout with Paypal I received the following error message "Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security. " The money was, however, debited from my account and I received no alerts in my Paypal Business account.
This clearly is a synchronization issue. Can someone kindly assist?
