I am sorry you've had to deal with this.
If your husband sent you a payment for goods and services, there's a big chance that your money will be placed on hold.
The system recognizes you as a seller and the money you received is a payment for an item.
Your husband needs to confirm this transaction has been completed by logging in to his PayPal account on the web browser.
