Hello Community,

 

Can anybody please help me? I have contacted PayPal Help Center multiple times from many days to ask for help to resolve my issues with missing payments. No body has taken a single initiative to contact me via email or message center to help me. I am very disappointed and feeling helpless. Where can I contact to resolve my missing payments?

Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Community Forum!

 

This situation can happen if the email on your eBay listings is not exactly the same as the email on your PayPal account.

Examples:

1. Misspelled email

2. Old email was used by your eBay listing

 

Solution:

1. Add that other email to your PayPal account

2. Confirm that email. (You must access the inbox of that other email, after it was added, to go through email comfirmation)

 

If the payments were not cancelled by your buyers, they will start to appear on your account after confirming the other email.
