Payments inwards failed

I am a srilankan and I am not allowing payments towards Sri Lanka. Once I listed an item and buyer told he is not allowing to pay. Please help me

Apologies for the inconveniences, please keep in mind that some countries are restricted and can only send payment not receive.

If you open this link and choose the receiver's country, you could see if this country is able to accept payments.
