Payments have been failing

We have integrated Paypal via Razorpay and Cashfree on our portal. In both the cases, the payments are not going through. 

On Cashfree, we get a message that Seller is not accepting payments in your currency.

And on Razorpay, it just says "Payment processing failed due to error at bank or wallet gateway"

How to resolve these issues?
