When I Try to send money to user user a Message show that Your receipt can't accept money why this Happened and same in my case no one sned me money,,,i have submitted my Documents and already added my debit and bank info.

I think in your country that you have to have a business account to accept funds.

BUT check that out with your own customer services first as India has some strange requirements and restrictions.
