Hi I need some help 

my customer brought a product of me and the PayPal email told me that I needed to send the item first then I would receive the money I have now sent the item. I have still received the item. I had also sent an email to the PayPal but they say I will receive it soon.

After you annotate the tracking number in the transaction record - PayPal should release the funds within a day or so.   (By entering the tracking number, that is your proof of shipping the item.)
