Hi, I have this website: https://suppliers.engineeringclicks.com where in the past I was able to take payments (inc. recurring) through PayPal. Over the last year there have been problems (payments worked intermittently), but now once the customer clicks "pay now" they see PayPal's page with "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." So, the customer is frustrated, and I don't get any money!

I am not technical and have no idea of how to fix this issue, please could someone help? I check the settings in my account and all the right boxes for encryption etc are OFF. It should work, as there are now restrictions for payments from my account.
Interestingly, all recurring payments (set up pre-2022) still work, the problem is with new payments only.
The issue can be easily replicated (every time).
