Payment from webstite to Paypal error "Something went wrong"

I am using givewp plugin in wordpress to channel donations to my paypal account.
Once the payment is submitted to paypal, i choose pay by Credit Card.
I fill all the details and submit the payment.

I get paypal error: Something went wrong We're sorry your first try didn't work out. This could just be a temporary glitch.

How do i get rid of this error and allow the payment to be received?

Did you finally make it work ? 

I'm getting the same error message when using Papal Standard and "The request was refused" when using Paypal Donation settings.
