Can anyone tell me more how this Paypal payment works, I have created a website and I want to add a Payment option which will I integrate with my Paypal Business Account and we have clients like in Korea, Japan, and China.
1st Our services payment is Monthly subscription example if our client agrees to automatically deduct a payment to their accounts, will paypal automatically charged their paypal accounts without informing them is this possible as long as they have this funds in their accounts?
2nd If our client wants to cancel their subscription how can we set a refund payment to our clients?
