I sent two payments to Vetfriends on August 19,2018. The first payment of $47.00 is the one I want a refund for. I also sent a payment of $97.00 to the same outfit because I decided to upgrade. I have emailed proof and a photo of the payments on my PayPal account. The person, Allyson Holmes is giving me the third degree in my request for the $47.00 refund credit. I have purchased merchandise from this outfit on previous occasions. So it's not like some new customer of theirs. I am asking for assistance to resolve this.
