Hello, I integrated paypal payment in my website two months ago and all has been working well with my client able to pay successfully. I integrated paypal smart buttons into my website where the client has the option to pay directly using Paypal or by use of a card. Today a client is complaining that the card button takes more than an hour to load and he has not been able to pay. I tried myself and the pay with Paypal button is also not loading. Is there a problem with Paypal or anyone who has come across this and knows a quick fix? I am in Kenya and using Paypal Business. Thank you
