Can I have PayPal Pro if i'm located in Israel? right now I have the button solution and its not converting well...paypal buttons.PNG

Unfortunately, direct credit card options are not available in Isreal. 

 

You could try adjusting some of the customization options available with the smart button integration and see if you can improve your conversion rates.
