I created a scenario using Integromat to connect my online course payment to my invoicing tool: each time a course is paid for, Stripe and PayPal send a notification and the invoicing system generates an invoice automatically.
I use the same scenario and webhook for both PayPal and Stripe: Stripe works perfectly - every time a payment goes through, the invoice is created.
Each time a payment is made via PayPal, the payment goes through, but no invoice is being created.
I asked every possible provider: PayPal, Integromat, my invoicing platform and online course platform. Everyone claims it isn't their problem, but I know for sure that the same problem had been reported to Integromat and the was found the problem was with PayPal's IPN just last week.
I really don't know what's happening and I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me shed some light on this.
