Getting an error while customer purchasing product on our store: Here is the error We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I am sorry to hear that your customer is trying to make a purchase. If this is happening only to one customer, it could more than likely be something on their end. We would advise that they reach out to us directly. If this is happening with more than one customer, I would recommend taking a look here on receiving payments and make sure everything is set up appropriately.
