I have a shopify store in Singapore that sells to international customers and I'm using paypal (based in Singapore) as one of my payment processors. In shopify, when we integrate paypal, Shopify will give us 2 buttons in our checkout page. 1 express checkout button and 1 normal paypal button.
Right now, customers are unable to use my paypal express checkout button but are able to use the normal paypal button to complete their purchase. I have screenshot the error received when trying to use the express checkout button. Thus, i have now hidden it from my store as customers abandon their carts when they received the error when trying to complete their purchase.
How do I fix this? I want to be able to let my international customers use the paypal express checkout button.
